TruSquare inspections are performed by an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector. InterNACHI training and Standards of Practice help provide a consistent inspection process for evaluating the readily accessible systems and components of a home.
10+ Years of Hands-On Construction Experience
Before becoming a home inspector, Aaron gained more than 10 years of hands-on experience in construction and excavation trades. That background helps provide a practical understanding of how homes are built, how systems interact, and how common defects can affect long-term performance.
TruSquare is based in South Central Missouri and understands many of the common conditions found in homes throughout the area, including drainage concerns, crawlspace conditions, aging materials, rural properties, private wells, and onsite wastewater systems.
Aaron was raised in Licking, Missouri and currently lives in Houston, Missouri, giving TruSquare a local perspective on the communities it serves.
A home inspection report should be clear, organized, and easy to understand. TruSquare reports include photos, written explanations, and practical recommendations to help clients and agents understand the condition of the home.
When concerns are found, the goal is to explain what was observed, why it matters, and what type of professional should evaluate or repair it when needed.
Depending on the property and services requested, TruSquare may also provide:
Thermal imaging
Private well water sampling
Onsite wastewater treatment system inspections
Wood-destroying organism inspections
Detached structure inspections
Whether you’re buying, selling, or preparing a property for the market, TruSquare can help you better understand the condition of the home.
