Inspection reports are to be delivered the day of completion. A digital copy will be emailed to the Client. While physical paper reports can be requested; An additional fee of $75.00 will be applied and sent by mail to the Client. All reports by TruSquare Home Inspections are confidential and property of TruSquare Home Inspections LLC and it's Clients, all authorizations of requesting parties will be at the Clients approval. Onsite waste water treatment system assessments for real estate transactions are Required to be sent to the State of Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, Local authority and Clients.All Inspections are visual only, on readily accessible components and systems, permanently affixed to the structures agreed upon to be inspected and reported as such at the time of inspection. No observations reported during the inspection guarantee proper functionality of the components or systems in the future. All recommendations in report are for further evaluation and correction of observations deemed to be defects by the certified professional inspector. No observations reported are to be considered a "code requirement" or in violation of any law. All inspections follow InterNACHI standards of practice and bound by InterNACHI code of ethics.
